Ingredients:
4 eggs
50 g sprouts
2 tbsp milk
2 tablespoons grated parmesan
Salt to taste.
sunflower oil to taste
Preparation:
In a deep dish, beat the eggs, add the sprouts, the milk, a part of parmesan and season with salt. Heat a pan greased with a few drops of oil, add the mixture and cook over low heat. At the end of cooking, sprinkle with the remaining grain.
