Ingredients:
homemade bread
200 g spreadable cheese
1 crunchy apple
1 cucumber
30 g Alfalfa Sprouts
salt to taste.
pepper as needed.
extra virgin olive oil to taste
Preparation:
Toast the slices of homemade bread and set aside. Work the cheese, preferably goat cheese, with a fork, a pinch of pepper, a tablespoon of oil and a few threads of Alfalfa sprouts. Peel the apple, cucumber and cut them into cubes. Season with salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil. Spread the bruschetta with the cream cheese and garnish with the apple, cucumber and the remaining Alfalfa sprouts.
