The novel food ingredient
Flowers in the kitchen? Use them to sign your preparations with a distinctive and personal touch. The main consumers of the fresh edible flower are the operators of the Ho.Re.Ca. world who use it in “gourmet” cooking and pastry preparations and as a natural “garnish” in the world of cocktails and mixing.
The edible flowers are harvested and processed respecting the environment and high quality standards. After harvesting, the fresh flowers are placed directly inside patented trays that allow them to be kept for over 10 days at a temperature between 4°C and 8 °C.
Fresh flowers can be purchased all year round, mixed or single variety depending on the season. You can also buy them by color if you need to use them for preparations that require a single shade.
