Orange, fennel, pomegranate and radish sprouts salad
Ingredients:
2 fennel
2 oranges
1 pomegranate
50 g red radish sprouts
pepper as needed.
salt to taste.
thyme to taste
olive oil to taste
Preparation:
Peel the oranges and peel them raw by removing the white skin that covers them. Separate the segments that you will then cut into small pieces. Wash and drain the fennel hearts thoroughly and cut them into thin pieces. Shell the pomegranate by removing the white membrane inside the peel. In a large bowl, add the pieces of orange, the fennel, the pomegranate grains and the red radish sprouts, then season with olive oil, thyme leaves, salt and pepper to taste. Mix in a salad bowl and cook for 10 minutes before serving.
