Whole milk 200 g
Water 160 g
Wildflower honey 1 tbsp
Salt q.s.
1 “COLAZIONE MIX”
TO GARNISH
Plain yogurt 2 tbsp
Strawberries q.s.
Maple syrup q.s.
PREPARATION
Pour the oat flakes into a saucepan together with the water, milk and “COLAZIONE MIX”. Add the salt and honey, then cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring with a spoon. You will have to obtain a soft, non-sticky consistency. In the meantime, prepare the ingredients for the garnish: you can use strawberries, kiwis, chocolate, almonds, yoghurt, honey, jam, etc… We offer you this version: pour the porridge into bowls and garnish with yoghurt and berries. Enriched with maple syrup.
