Pretzels with smoked salmon and alfalfa sprouts
Ingredients:
1 pack of round puff pastry
30g of alfalfa sprouts
100g of smoked salmon
Beaten egg or milk to taste
Preparation:
Roll out the puff pastry and cut 12 triangles with the notched wheel. At the base of each triangle put a piece of salmon, and the alfalfa sprouts. Roll up and form mini croissants. To brown the croissants, brush the surface of the croissants with beaten egg or milk. Bake in a preheated static oven at 180° for 15 minutes.
