Vol-Au-Vent tris of sprouts

Ingredients:
2 rolls of puff pastry
200 g spreadable cheese
1 pear
30 g of sprouts
Salt to taste.

 

Preparation:
Obtained from the sheet of disks of about 8 cm. Prick those that will be the base with a fork and pierce the others with a smaller pastry cutter to obtain rings. At each base overlap two rings and bake at 180 ° for 15 min. Prepare a mixture with the cheese, a pinch of salt and the pear cut into cubes. Stuff the vol-au-vents and garnish with the sprouts.
